Our institute undertook the construction drawing design for the complete set of steel slag treatment system project of the casting and forging joint plant of Shanxi Taizhong Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., which includes: process design of primary steel slag pressureless hot quenching production line, secondary steel slag bar mill system, water treatment, tilting car, supporting slag tank and other equipment design, as well as the design of supporting process, architecture, structure, power supply and distribution, electrical control, water supply and drainage, general layout, dust removal and other professional construction drawings.

    The project is now fully operational, capable of processing approximately 270 tons of electric arc furnace slag, refining slag, and foundry residue per day. Our institute has designed domestically leading technical drawings for the new pool slag rotating cover, steel slag carts (ensuring slag transport without touching the ground), inclined plate sedimentation tanks, and other advanced technologies, achieving clean production and steel slag waste utilization. The project design meets the requirements of Taiyuan Heavy Machinery Group.
