On the morning of April 25th, the Party Committee of Henan Provincial Metallurgical Planning and Design Institute held a Party lecture activity themed "Studying and Implementing the Spirit of the Central Eight-Point Regulation, Continuously Promoting the Transformation of Work Style, and Injecting Strong Momentum into High-Quality Development." Li Xinglin, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Henan Provincial Metallurgical Planning and Design Institute, delivered the lecture, which was attended by all Party members and active applicants for Party membership.

Li Xinglin conveyed the important speeches and instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on thoroughly implementing the spirit of the Central Committee's Eight-Point Regulation. Addressing the new requirements for improving Party conduct in the new era, Li Xinglin emphasized that the Central Committee's Eight-Point Regulation is an important measure to strengthen the Party's conduct in the new era and a powerful tool to promote the comprehensive and strict governance of the Party. He pointed out that all Party members should, based on their own practical work, deeply understand that improving Party conduct is a continuous process that requires constant and persistent effort; all Party members should always maintain a high level of discipline and internalize the spirit of the Central Committee's Eight-Point Regulation, putting it into practice.

This special Party lecture further deepened all Party members' understanding and awareness of the spirit of the Central Committee's Eight-Point Regulation, enhanced their sense of discipline and rules, and laid a solid ideological foundation for better carrying out production and operation work in the future.
