On the afternoon of January 24th, the Group Company held its 2025 Spring Festival Annual Meeting in Zhengzhou. All employees of the Group Company, Tongli Power, and its subsidiaries including the Design Institute, Energy Technology Company, Engineering Company, and Provincial Metallurgical Design Institute gathered to review the hard-won achievements of 2024 and look forward to a promising 2025.

At the beginning of the meeting, Li Xinglin, Chairman and General Manager of the Group Company, delivered a passionate speech. He pointed out that 2024 was an extremely important year in the Group Company's development. Faced with increasing external competitive pressure and numerous difficulties, all employees of the Group Company rose to the challenge, calmly responded to changes, and solidly promoted various tasks, successfully completing the annual targets. Among them, the Tongli Power Design Institute, the Market Development Department, and the Provincial Metallurgical Design Institute all exceeded their operating targets and achieved excellent results.

  2025 marks the beginning of the Group's "restart and new milestone." He proposed that the company is currently at a critical stage of development, requiring a new beginning and new direction to create explosive growth points and achieve high-quality development. The integrated platform for the entire metallurgical mining process will prioritize business, based in Henan Province, while deeply cultivating markets outside the province, striving for new breakthroughs in international business; closely following national policy guidance, focusing on new businesses and models such as integrated source-grid-load-storage, energy and carbon management, digital mines, comprehensive utilization of tailings, and comprehensive treatment of solid waste such as steel slag, cultivating new growth drivers; purposefully developing overseas exploration rights and participating in international non-coal mine development services; appropriately "focusing on major projects and delegating smaller ones," concentrating superior resources on major projects and services, driving technological progress and management improvement, and expanding brand influence; actively carrying out cost reduction, quality improvement, and efficiency enhancement activities, simplifying and optimizing management processes, strengthening assessment and incentive measures, strengthening the talent "selection, training, utilization, and retention" system, promoting efficient collaboration between business, production, and management services, enhancing corporate competitiveness, and forging ahead with firm confidence and ample strength to achieve a new level of development for the Group.

The Group Company held a grand commendation ceremony to recognize outstanding employees and departments for their performance in 2024. General Manager Ma Hao of the Metallurgical Research Institute presented awards to six outstanding individuals: Zhang Peng, Chen Yang, Geng Fawang, Xin Ziyan, and Liu Yanxia.


The honors belong to the past; the future holds great promise. Every achievement in 2024 was inseparable from the hard work and dedication of all employees. In 2025, all employees will take these role models as examples, strive for excellence, and create even greater achievements!

          The music faded away, but our joyful journey had only just begun. The next activity was a game that tested teamwork and tacit understanding—"Telepathy." This was not only a contest of wits but also a testament to friendship.
