On the morning of January 17, the company held a grand meeting in the conference room on the third floor to summarize the work of 2024 and plan for 2025.

        Senior leaders and all employees of the Metallurgical Research Institute attended the meeting. At the beginning of the meeting, the company's main person in charge gave a brief report on the work summary of 2024 and focused on introducing the work plan for 2025. They analyzed and exchanged work arrangements from the aspects of annual work ideas, business development direction, business indicator plan and task breakdown, production technology management, and team building, so as to pool their wisdom and efforts to create better performance in 2025 and seek common development.

         Following this, General Manager Ma Hao summarized and reviewed the overall work in 2024, pointing out that the company's staff worked together with one heart and one mind, overcame difficulties, and successfully completed the annual goals and tasks, exceeding the operating targets and achieving excellent results. General Manager Ma emphasized the need to continue efforts and achieve even greater progress.

Finally, the meeting also included a signing ceremony for the 2025 operating responsibility agreement.
